Walking Canes and Hair of Gray

In this life there is the matter of growing older to consider.
Time will come when the people who are older and grayer will be forced to use  a walking cane.
The lust for life will be gone and what is left is the person who will sometimes be all alone,.
There will be no peace and harmony in their lives for their loved ones are gone away.
Walking canes and hair of gray will follow the person whoever they may be.
No matter and irrespective of where they came from the same will be true.
There is a call of arming yourself by physical exertion against old age.
Stay as active as you possibly can and don't relax your muscles any more than needed.
For in remaining firm you will have a chance of out beating this old age crisis.
Do what you have to do in staying active all the days of  your life.
Be as young as you want to be without giving up.
For the time you give up is the time you start to falter.
