I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Peace Among the Shadows
There is imminent peace among the shadows.
For there is a light which shines within the night.
It casts shadows but they are nothing to fear.
Peace among the shadows is a joy for the Lord deems it so.
Shadows are not all the time ominous but wonderful to see.
I love the idea of having shadows to see.
For they bring peace to me from time to time.
They hold memories of positive things which have happened.
The shadows make me recall the great times I have had with my parents.
Tell the truth they are my friends of a nighttime.
Truly this is the way it is for me with the peace among the shadows.
