I saw a lamb stand near the throne,
But noticed He was not alone;
He stood by next to the leaders,
Along with four living creatures.
The lamb looked like He was slain,
But not receiving any pain;
He had seven horns also eyes,
And seem to be awfully wise.
Seven spirits of God were sent,
Over the world to circumvent;
Ensuring that time had begun,
The reign of the anointed One.
The lamb took a scroll from the hand,
Who sits on the throne as was planned;
The leaders and creatures bowed down,
With joy in their hearts and no frown.
Each held a lamp and golden bowl,
As incense burned and calmed the soul;
Prayers of His people were said strong,
Then they were singing a new song.
The slaughtered lamb really deserved,
Open the scroll that was preserved;
Breaking open each of the seals,
Because of suffering ordeals.
He bought the people with His blood,
That cleansed them more than of the flood;
People that God can call His own,
While being ruled from His throne.
People of each nation and tribe,
Every language to describe;
As priests of God showing their worth,
They will rule as kings on this earth.
