I Once Was Blind But Now I See
In the Shadow of the Nighttime
When the evening shadows fall there are unspoken times which occur.
For there is the silence of the night and the stars failing to shine.
A lone wolf is upon the mountain and bays at the moon.
In the shadow of the night is an insurmountable pain which ensues the people who are affected by the shadows.
Life remains to be the same though the fear of the shadows are still there for some.
I once was afraid of the darkness but today I embrace it.
For I know it is not harmful or will do anything.
There is a contentment in the shadows of the night.
The Lord put it within my heart to trust the night and I have
Greater peace is not to be attained.
For there is nothing which can harm anyone in the shadows of the night.
