Walking Along the Rustling Leaves

September is currently here.
With it there is the leaves which have all fallen.
They have laid there under the tree from whence they came and remain.
My friend and I take a trip to the lane ahead of us.
Through the time of walking we are walking along the rustling leaves.
It is a special time for us as we discover the season change before us.
Knowing, too, it is with God's design this is so.
I am elated to feel the leaves under my feet and hear the sound they make.
This is sweet and comforting to hear knowing God is the One Who has made this possible.
Rustling of the leaves is a special highlight of the season.
For in them is the sound of nature and its beauty.
