Spent, the word that comes to mind
In reading yours of one's short time
Her body aged but not the soul
Your friend Shelly your email told
The end of days have drawn her near
Her your friend your words endear
But know that she will be again
With Christ you love so pray now friend
Surely you'll miss when she departs
But also know she too was part
Of a life span that gave to you
And Ish your love she called friend too
One more will draw to fold on high
Give thanks for time and no more sighs
For in the end she will know peace
Past Heaven's gate, at banquet feast
For Gale, daughter of Ernest Tubb
Know this Doris, God from above
Knows her need to heal and bring
Daughter of one, her praise to sing
Feel not alone and fear nothing
For life is His to make something
Of you, of them though times will seem
That all but bad is what is seen
Keep prayers and praise through voice
Of yours and theirs, for them rejoice
For Gods heart forever holds
A happy ending, yet to be told
Prayer request for Doris and friends
