A Man Named Luther Toms

A dear friend of mine perished some days ago.
His name was Luther Toms.
He was a small man in height and a man with  a positive heart.
There is a hope within me he was prepared for Heaven.
I hate to think of him burning in a devil's hell.
We met in the eighth grade over forty some years ago.
We became friends and though we had not hung together he still was a dear friend for he being in the same class as myself.
I mourn the loss of Luther and hope for the Lord to have took him to Heaven.
He was a good student and I am reasonably sure he was a good provider.
He was a hard worker and had a good work history.
He will be sorely missed for there will be no one to replace him.
May these words be adequate enough for you to have come to know him by name and think of him as a great man of which he was.
