The Love Jesus Shares
The tears of a broken heart
fall down like a silent rain.
Jesus helps through healing
that we can endure the pain.
Remember Jesus faced a crowd
with thorns placed on His head.
He was mocked, "King of the Jews!"
and He suffered and He bled.
He endured blame and misery
and He felt torment and pain.
He carried the weight of the cross
and He felt the constant strain.
He endured it to the fullest
and His love was in His tears.
Jesus knows compassion
and He understands our fears.
Jesus took it upon himself
that in Him we can confide.
Not just for our sins in life
but for those who hurt inside.
He is perfect in every way
and His love is very real.
He went through a lot of pain
to bring comfort and to heal.
