I touch the clouds because I'm reaching for the stars
floating through the atmosphere prepared to switch gears,
ears to the ground like a basket hound
no need to tot lbs. growing with the times;
changing with the seasons
perfecting the ancient art of breathing,
holding every breath for 30 seconds before releasing;
touching the clouds as I reach for the stars
gazing at the many galaxies imaging growing up
neighbors to alien-beings-
would I love thy neighbor or
would I want war with what I don't comprehend;
but that's not me,
I'm a warrior souja of P.E.A.C.E breed inside the deepest depths
of my soul's essence
full of the Most High's presence;
Therefore when I meet our galaxies neighbors
I won't be on high alert,
but I will remain alert because like Uriah
I'm a warrior 1st;
I touch the clouds as I reach for the stars
passing the sun and moon,
but never forgetting their growth
and their re-newed discipline
too always rise and set,
so as I continue to touch clouds
while reaching for the stars
I find paradise...
