HE TAKES MY SIN


He stands there before the Father
Where the angels have recorded
Everything I ever lived.

He stands there before the Judge
Where the angels have written
Cut and dried whole and tied.

He stands there before all
Where the angels are ready to bawl
As I was a sinner.

Who prayed for redemption
He stands there before eternity
To take the sin away from me.
