Bring your wind of change this day
To blow the dust that wears our way
The shot of breath that breathes upon
A servant yours with strength near gone
A second wind to help kick in
The doors of Hell where there lies sin
A soul nearing its way again
To death as darkness sent for them
There where coals burn day and night
As blind are those with perfect sight
Led away in chains that weigh
A soul misled, Hell led astray
These soldiers once upon a time
Now shed armor, forming a line
Of hopelessness, souls faint before
This dreaded place opens its door
Send Angels to help support
These wearied troops nearing abort
The mission clear to not give way
Away to death for lives you save
If just one more, should raise their arms
To you my Liège, my Lord who calms
All men who weighed themselves to loss
To rise again from rotting moss
Death has no right or claim to them
For life you gave and will yours bends
Bringing bad unto its knees
You Shepard, who set man free
Fatigue will pass and strength all yours
Will rain this day revive the pure
For there is where your counsel holds
Fervor to fight, evil thought stole
