Do not forget what you have been taught, It will help for what you have sought; Always keep this within your mind, Along with the love that will bind. For they will be bringing to you, Long life good years and peace through; Saving you from times of trouble, That disaster leaves in rubble. Do not let mercy and truth leave, If you still truly do believe; So fasten them around your neck, Before starting on any trek. Engrave the teachings in your heart, Keep repeating them as you impart; Remembering them through each day, To help you to trust and obey. Then you find favor and success, In the sight of God He will bless; So many blessings that you will know, That they will start to overflow. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, For He will be helping to thwart; Satan along with a surprise, Give you wisdom to make you wise.
