High on a mountain top far above the sea
Runs a proud stallion, wanting to be free,
Swiftly as wind, to meadows he descends
Scurrying animals away as if to defend...
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Running free was his utmost delight
Until a young mare came into his sight,
With golden mane glowing in sunlight
Tail held high, not afraid of his flight...
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Slowing him to a stand still, did she
In this lovely green meadow, as he,
Roaming in circles, prancing with glee
Is no longer wanting to run free...
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
If on a mountain top, you should see
A young colt wildly running free,
You will know at a glance, that he
Shall someday no longer run free...

Love in animals is what it should be
Normal instincts given by Thee
It is all part of The Creator's Plan
In recreating life on earth's land...
