Poetic-Verses
GOD TOLD
God told me that He didn't want
A man to die, a human's death
What for? Was he not but a god
He ought to live as other gods
Who talk their thoughts and never die
Who talk their talk and never rest
Omissions of a palace rule
But why then did man have to die?
He was not but to guest with God
On tables high, on lofty heights
But got cast down by sin of pride
And lustiness and lores of rife
Palans abino notos ge
For God intended man to laugh
Not having teeth but fall away
But leave it hard on solid ground.
A man to die, a human's death
What for? Was he not but a god
He ought to live as other gods
Who talk their thoughts and never die
Who talk their talk and never rest
Omissions of a palace rule
But why then did man have to die?
He was not but to guest with God
On tables high, on lofty heights
But got cast down by sin of pride
And lustiness and lores of rife
Palans abino notos ge
For God intended man to laugh
Not having teeth but fall away
But leave it hard on solid ground.
