Janie and Janet Looking Out the Kitchen Window

Janie had invited Janet for a day; at her home.
Through the conversation and their time of being together they looked out the kitchen window.
To Janet's surprise there was a maple tree easily seen.
Janie began to tell Janet of the maple tree when a thunder bolt hit the tree.
Making a mark down from the top of the tree to the bottom, Janet was aghast.
Janie thought nothing of it for it had happened before.
The leaves, upon the tree, violently moved as the wind began to become boisterous.
The sky was overcast with the gray clouds and the watery soldiers made their appearance.
With a prayer on their lips the two prayed for the rains to stop.
Without a doubt the Lord heard the prayers.
Returning to the sky was the light blue color and the white ascending clouds.
They both sat down and wrote a poem between the two of them and shared it with the rest of the group.
They gave adoration and praise to God for His watch care.
