In absence hers surely we'll miss
Her place with us, soft cheek, her kiss
Her smile, her words whispered as one drew near
Mother Centeno, mother endeared
She raised her own and time would come
For GOD to raise to His Kingdom
A gentle soul to spend now time
Time with Life, with Him Divine
Her purpose here held to the bar
The need to know a man whose scars
Saved such days as is this day
Celebration of life Christ fully paid
Woman of strength, of wisdom held
Woman at peace, her time would spell
This gift from GOD on loan to us
Raised too her own, in GOD to trust
Her place was here to bear much fruit
Daughters and sons birthed to serve Truth
No less, but more becomes of them
This very day and until then
GOD shall speak their name and take
All things made good to now partake
To join in hand with her again
A better place but until then
Do not grieve, this breath of life
Mother, grandmother and too once wife
As GOD embraced what we once held
Within His arms, Life's song sung tells
