I Once Was Blind But Now I See

Why Am I  Here

The question is a simple one.
I know I have a purpose and a valued reason for being left here but what?
I am one who feels so alone and with no one to see me.
My own brother cannot find the time to come see me.
I am like the plague toward him and possibly others.
There is a desire to have something to leave the world.
However, I'd gladly give up the idea for a time of being with someone who is close.
At least I wouldn't be left alone to flounder all the time.
I would have a drive to keep me happy.
I love the idea of being a writer but this is not all I am qualified.
There are other things I could have done and failed.
I will go on believing in the inevitable of course.
I will look forward to  a better day though I am alone.
But in the interim there is the posing question--why am I here.
No one is coming up with a viable answer.
So I must be somewhat in the way of others.
