The Lord has filled me with much joy,
So I rejoice in Him greatly;
Once again I feel like a boy,
The best that I have felt lately.
You have shown interest in me,
Though interested took no chance;
For you were blind and could not see,
Which had stopped letting you advance,
But I am not in any need,
And I learned how to be content;
For the Lord has accompanied,
To a place to avoid torment.
I know to live in poverty,
While living from day to day;
As well as in prosperity,
Thanking Him what has come my way.
No matter what situation,
Even if I hunger and thirst;
The Lord will be my foundation,
And also forever comes first.
I have learned about how to live,
Whether when full or when hungry;
You know to others how to give,
And the amount or the degree.
I can do anything through Christ,
He is the one who strengthens me;
Anytime that I sacrificed,
The more wisdom was there to see.
The Lord has filled all of my needs,
And my desired satisfaction;
Soothing aroma answer my pleads,
While Christ builds His foundation.
