Luther Toms Found In the Water

Though the person named is a real person the events are fictional.
Luther was an avid swimmer.
Was at the local park (which is true) that something occurred to Luther.
I believe Luther had hit his head on the rocks below and drowned.
Anyway, it is close to Halloween and I believe the spirit of Luther will arise.
If so this will be the first occurrence in the park's history of something like this happening.
My guess is Luther is looking to find out what happened to him that day for real.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the ghost of Luther Toms doesn't emerge from the water with a group of boaters alongside the same spot.
This is a possibility of sorts and will be plausible to say the least.
For Luther died of mysterious circumstances and no one has determined the reason why he has died.
This is truly a sight to be seeing and to ponder so if you happen to see a ghost come from the water it is more than likely the ghost of Luther Toms.
