Step Cautiously
Parent in most cases tend to drive their children
To excel in their endeavors and try to attain the highest qualification
Nurturing and cultivating them so that they can take on a type of position
That with such ammunition they can such to get a good remuneration
And so with this effort to be armed with that prized certification
Some with Bachelors' Maters' PHDs' and even beyond
Therefore with such a great variety of those with degrees
Those corporations will have to shell out some big salaries
So for the department who is in control of the payroll budget?
Know full that such a situation will at sometime cause some panic
Because the amount of pressure placed will be some immense
As paying that level of salary will incur such a very great expense
Once inside there should be some measure attached to this qualification
And this should be accessed in time by the level of production
Because there is some complaint that some coming in with such an aura
That they are qualified and so go into a state of inertia
There is no doubt that when one enters any type of corporation
One can be impressed when one see that display of the staff's qualification
But when one looked at the public display of those account at audit
It will be such a surprise that this tend to show it in a deficit
To those who have the impression that having that academic achievement
Would be a roller coaster ride through some of life's challenging departments
This can so limited especially for those who are specialized and also mainly theory
And could not make that contribution to that system in anyway significantly
So to those in those many learning, teaching and training institutions
Structure those classes to incorporate some practical sessions
Shape those students in a state where that level of thinking can overflow
And not confine them to a place that Is limited and also very narrow
