Goodbye to One and All

Goodbye to One and All           November 2, 2013

I'm leaving my friends from Ireland
To meet friends of Ireland I don't know
I'm flying the big Atlantic; it's the only way to go
Leaving home, feeling down, leaving Dublin town
With my passport and my dollars and a tear drop in my eye
I'm waiting at the airport to say my final goodbye
I'm leaving my friends and country
I'm leaving my thoughts behind
Tonight I'll be in Boston with other things on my mind
No more unemployment, leaving that behind
A final pint or maybe a few till I get my boarding call
My time has come, I have to go, goodbye to one and all
