I Want To Write In Pink Ink
Adding Curly-Cues Edged All Around
I Want To Write With Pink Ink
On A Pine-Green Page Background

And I Want To Sprinkle Gold-Dust
Very Lightly On This Sheet
For I Want Your Eyes Able To See
This Writing In Pink Ink

The Pink ... So Very Frilly
This Pink, So Soft and Sweet
Let This Pink-Ink March & Flow
Like A Young Girl-In-Love, Heart Beats

This Day, I Write In Pink Ink
Tho' I Am Past My Prime
This Winter, I Feel Like Springtime
... Writing In Pink Lines

I Did My Best Caligraphy
And The Finished Letter Winked
As I Admired My Handiwork
... Written In Pink Ink

And When The Pink Ink Dries
On This Pine-Green Page of Art
I'll Slip Some Pink, Rose Petals In
and Fold Each Gold-Dust Part

And Seal It With A Big Lipstick-Kiss!
As Bright As This Pink Ink
And Send It To You With All My Love
or At Least - All That Page Could Drink ...
