Poetic Verses
Winter Windy Heart
Crystal tears rain from clouds' eye,
as icy flakes blow from empty sigh;
to wrap in cloak of frigid cold
no warmth be found in any fold
And travel on shards of jagged glass
to sounds that crackle as we pass
Moon to shine with all it's might
upon black ice it brings to sight
Lost and frightened in this stone cold dream,
devoid of any true sun beam
Oh warmth to melt the icy start
of your winter windy heart
11/12/13
as icy flakes blow from empty sigh;
to wrap in cloak of frigid cold
no warmth be found in any fold
And travel on shards of jagged glass
to sounds that crackle as we pass
Moon to shine with all it's might
upon black ice it brings to sight
Lost and frightened in this stone cold dream,
devoid of any true sun beam
Oh warmth to melt the icy start
of your winter windy heart
