Humility
My mother told me the story
Of a little boy who lived in my town
But I am not sure whether
I believed it or not.
.
There was this handsome young boy
Destined to rule the town
He was one of the futile and proud child.
He always gave self importance
and often talked highly of his merit
He often laughed loudly and made fun of others
One day he got a spell from a furious witch
Now he sits forlorn just waiting for death
In darkness without any help.
I knew God wanted all his children to be humble
But many felt in this competitive world
a bit of perseverance was required
to move forward in your life.
I knew it is one of the dangerous
Disease on the earth and it would harm you
where as humbleness and humility would take you
to your destination
