From the Heart Through the Pen

She's the reason

My cheeks raise and change pigment

Beauty out of this universe

I swear it's my imagination

Seriously a figment

All the words in this world

And at times I can't find any

How many times do I feel lame

Well, honestly...plenty (smile)

When all I want to say to her is

"I'm thinking of you"

It is tough cause I'm not sure if she feels the same

She stepped out my dreams

Became my incomparable reality

And all I want is her next to me

And not just for this season

But the rest of all lifetimes

She told me once

These words were deep

But she has no idea

The roots they have set

Thinking of her first when I wake

And last before I reenter another realm

From whence she came

Where my thoughts are

Not only as good as they get

But far more than we'd ever imagine they'd become

It's not only how I can be for her

But how she makes this simple man

So much better
