a soldier's returns
A soldier returns
A soldier will learn,
that upon his return.
That the war he was send to fight,
people didn't think was right.
It was then he found out
what it was all about.
For freedom he went.
going where he was send.
Not asking no whys,
Or what happens if he dies.
Will people cheer,
Or no longer fear,
That when a soldier returns,
that for him a hate burns.
That for freedom he fought,
just as he was always taught.
