Nutrition is very essential in all creatures’ life
GOD created plants, water and other things
For us to live so as to grow and live longer
Without Nutrition
Baby cannot be born
As a living and whole being
Different types of Nutrition
Are planted and produce for different purposes
Fruits, water,
Protein, carbohydrates,
Fats and oils Minerals
And vitamins
Serves different purposes
Makes sure all classes of food are
Taken in the quality and Quantity that is
Balance and normal for our body to grow
And for us to perform our daily activities
Nutrition is very important for our daily living
Because it drives away
All sorts of diseases and
Gives antibody and immunity
