The Lonely Dolly Named Serina

Rebecca spotted a lonely dolly; through the store window.
The dolly wasn't pretty and precious as the other toys.
It was as if the maker haphazardly put this dolly together.
The eyes were not the same and the arms were not right either.
One was shorter than the other and the legs were the same.
But the face of the dolly was the part that intrigued Rebecca.
For there was the ruby red blush; on the cheeks and her hair was blonde.
Though she was mismatched there was a beauty Rebecca saw.
Hidden, in the store window's corner, was Rebecca's gift.
The dolly had a name given to it and it was Serina.
The store owner quickly put a price tag on Serina of four dollars.
But to Rebecca, Serina was worth much more than that.
It seemed as Rebecca pointed to Serina that she smiled at Rebecca.
This would be impossible but the truth is there was a smile upon her face.
The store owner couldn't explain the smile but was convinced he saw it too.
Removing Serina; from the store's window, Rebecca jumped as she skipped to the car waiting outside.
A precious little girl had  got her wish for the holiday and Serina found  a home.
