Sleep while you are to sleep
Eat when you are to eat
Do exercise when it is needed
Do not involve in promiscuity or adultery
As end repercussion of this is sexual infectious diseases
Such as HIV/AIDS, Cervical cancer, Syphilis, Prostate Cancer
Do everything in moderation
Good Health contribute to daily living activities
As without good HEALTH
Human being is nothing and it’s just like
A dead person but still living
