Christmas Memories Fill My Soul

I remember when I was a youngster my tastes in gifts were different than my brother's.
He liked the army gear and the men you'd play with as a child but for me it was having a small typewriter.
I was one to compose something at the click of the knob.
Years later there were changes of course from the play things to something more adult.
The one memory is that of the time when I acquired my new stereo,
It had an eight track recorder so show how far back it was but for me I was most happy.
There were the other things along the way like a computer which was next on the agenda.
Then the time for me to acquire a newer computer was the ticket and I got it close to the season from which I was most happy.
Yes, these memories fill my soul for they have all been part of my growing and maturing.
I am most happy to say I have been given a  new TV which occurred last night.
So the gifts keep on coming thanks to the Lord for them.
