Poetic Verses
That Error
In a work place when there is that discovery of an error
There seems to be some panic as this is viewed with some horror
The tension in the air tends to make the guilty tremble in terror
Feeling that as a result they may not be in the workforce on the morrow
Then the other worker some may gather in little pockets for discussion
Verbally crucifying the guilty others about the impact on the institution's reputation
There will be very conspicuous in the way they will avoid that person
Who would believe that a few days ago they had such a very good relation?
But some most certainly will pounce at this chance
Not wasting anytime to use it for their position to enhance
Believing that now the error has been found
This will be the perfect time to use it to climb that corporate ladder's rung
Sometime to that person who is responsible for making the error
If possible will try to find someone on whom they can point the finger
In the direction one who may have very little to do in the process
Because they do not want to take responsibility for such a mess
It is very strange that we are all working for the same company
So therefore what happen will be apportioned to everybody
Hence therefore no matter how much from it we may to ourselves to be isolated
We will be all seem culpable in the public's eyes when it is promulgated
So now that the error has been isolated there is time for introspection and reflection
Take that as a moment to do some anatomy on all the cogs in the system
Trying to find out strengths and weaknesses in the working process
And putting the necessary corrective measure in place they to address
