I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Are You Dreaming of a White Christmas
There many years ago was a special time of year around Christmas.
There was a large snow enough so I had never seen so much snow fall.
We, my parents and I, had visited my uncle and wife after a party we attended.
The snow began to fall then and it never let up until the next day.
We had a six foot fence around our property.
It was nearly to the top of the fence where the snow had lain.
A beautiful sight for sure and one that was treacherous in driving.
We had a great holiday for we went to Sister's home for Christmastime.
Mom refused to go so we thought we had to do without her.
Sister wasn't about to take no for an answer so Mom decided to come along.
It was a glorious time and the snow was so pretty it made me really think of a greater Christmastime years before this one.
The Lord was so good to us in allowing us the snow we saw this particular year.
It has remained to be a part of my life and will be remembered for sure.
Jesus is like this and He is the One Who arranged it all for us.
So, we really praise Him for the snow and the love that went around.
