You know the time, in which we live,
But the game is too addictive;
It is time for you to awake,
And feel the earth begin to quake.
Our salvation is real near,
When nonbelievers really fear;
Nearer than when we first became,
Hot enough for smelling the shame.
As the night is nearly over,
The hills are not seen with clover;
Completely barren all the way,
As the light is turned into day.
We should rid the things that are dark,
A new day in light we embark;
Take up the weapons for the light,
And start doing as what is right.
For knowing the season it is time,
Regretting doing so much crime;
It is a new day awake from sleep,
And righteously take a big leap.
We should be living decently,
Since the signs do show recently;
Christ will be coming on the cloud,
Be set to be picked from the crowd.
The night has already been spent,
On lusts that go to the extent;
That perverting burns desires,
With uncontrollable fires.
Instead live like Christ our Lord,
While living in one accord;
Forget desires of the sin.
That had corrupted you within.
