AAAAAAAA-EEEEEEE
A Crazy Cajun Christmas

Over here in Cajun Country
We have a lot of Tees.
Tee-Boy, Tee-Man, Tee-Neg
Now Santa’s one of these!

I dun heared it on the radio…
They’ve labeled him Tee-Claus!!
Don’t “ax” me why they dun dat…
They dun it just because.

But I can’t see where this dude's little
In any shape or form.
He’s got this Gumbo belly
And he keeps that pot on warm.

Heard his freezer’s full of catfish,
Shrimp, frogs, and boudin balls.
His wife will make an Etoufee
With anything that crawls.

Of course, he loves dem crawfish!!
That pot remains on boil!
He’ll toss a dozen crabs in there
And eat just like a royal.

I think he’d eat his gators
If they didn’t pull his sleigh.
But dem gators better never
 Or he’ll eat them anyway.

 Got dem Cajun ten commandments
Nailed on his kitchen wall.
They all start  out with Thou shalt not...
Scorch the Roux is first of all.

Yep, I heared it on the radio
They’ve labeled him Tee-Claus.
He’ll bring you some pecan pralines…
Just put your plate on pause.

You’ll hear him on your rooftop
 This coming Christmas Eve.
Have a Crazy Cajun Christmas, now
Tee-Claus??? Can you believe???

MERRY CHRISTMAS

LOUISIANA FILE' GUMBO

Proverbs 12:25 Heaviness in the heart of man
makes it stoop: but a good word makes it glad.

Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart makes a cheerful
countenance: but by sorrow of the heart
 the spirit is broken.
