within the deepest recess of my mind
Depths of racous solitude resonate
within my soul. images of past times
with you swim languidly in my mind.
knowing and accepting they are only
existing as a loitering extravagance
Thinking i shall once again hold you close
but knowing that only words of silence will
dance with me and my slow steps in time
all that remains of you, is a shadow in my mind
