Important Season
It is quite clear that of all the season none is enjoyed like Christmas
And around the time the people seem to get that drive that impetus
It almost seems that there has been some form or state of transformation
Because there appears to be that there is the evolution of another person
It will be quite apparent that all the anxiety and fears that were there during the year
Have because of the atmosphere of the season have now disappear
And has been replaced by a person now filled with love and caring
Depicting a formula containing good will and a spirit that is sharing
Oh! How those surroundings are not punctuated with such beauty
The streets are now lighted and the lights arrange with such artistry
This period too seems also to bring out that side one of creativity
What a time to demonstrate and to welcome that side of humanity
This season seems to have that effect even on those on the battle field
Taking that time out for a cease fire and so to them the season appeal
Putting those arms aside to have some moment of peace and enjoyment
No have to be alert as there will be only the sound of a bombardment
Then there is this feeling that bring some of those families to such tears
As some soldiers return home to being to them those Christmas cheers
But what is so touching is to see that joy on the faces of those children
To see that return from active duty to spend that special day with them
But also on this occasion shopping seems contagious and like an affliction
Because people may say that they have spent much more than the intention
Because they say that in a way that it was just only for a day
And so for the occasion it was alright to go all the way
In the evening approaches one can see the lights decorative spectacle
Highlighting the artistry of the light and this is so very wonderful
But on the outside in the streets that appropriate music filled the air
And the shoppers with arms filled with parcels are there everywhere
Then on the eve of Christmas on that night on can hear those many bells
As people hustle to church as there the Nativity story over again get tells
And that feeling one gets by the singing of the choir is such harmony
This only sets the stage for what will follow as the day rolls by so rapidly
As the many family member and friends gather under the spell of the aroma
How they are all blow away by the aura of that very delicious Christmas dinner
And the little children more concern with the opening of those many gifts
As under the Christmas tree those little hand very swiftly sift
