they are baggage I have accumulated
on my journey through life.
This does not mean
I have no responsibility for them,
but it DOES mean that they are NOT me!
When I say MY in relation to these old habits,
they will claim a right over me and take over my world.
Today let me detach myself from negative habits
and give myself some space to be free from them.
