MAKE A CHANGE

Do not stay locked up in your room.
Do not dwell on doom and gloom.
Do not run from the sun.
Eliminate pain and strife.
Get a new zest for life.

Make a change and stop acting
strange.
To avoid the negative it would be
 most helpful to back
away
from the drugs and drinking.
Find the road to positive thinking.

Seek out fun things to do,
and love and happiness will come
to you.
Open your mind and heart.
This will be a wonderful start.
Ask and the Lord will show
you
the
ways
,to have many beautiful days.

Come out of the dark.
Take a walk in the park.
A run in the sun can be fun.
When it’s too cold to take a stroll,
go to a dance and search for romance.
Look for someone you would like to hold.
It just might be the right time to find gold.

Tennyson wrote,
It’s better to have loved and lost than to have
never loved at all.
Do not be afraid to answer the call.
