ENEMIES

It is said try not to displease
Then you won`t have enemies,
Good advice this may well be
Not that simple as you`ll see.

Saying yes at the right time
And saying no can be fine,
You agree just to be nice
But turmoil you will entice.
\\\ * ///
You know you can disagree
Tho` this may make some angry,
Even if you stand alone
You have a mind of your own.
Stand up for what you believe
Opposition you may receive
And an enemy or two
Just for having a point of view.
\\\ * ///
If you have enemies be proud
You didn`t run with the crowd,
You stood up for what you thought
For enemies can`t be bought.
\\\ * ///
This shows you`re not weak minded
And you`ll have your say instead
You`ll stand for what you believe
An admirable goal to achieve.
