Poetic Verses
That Power
Men for centuries invested lots of time every waking hour
The main thing on those minds is to have some form of power
Even if in the process this may damage or destroy any relation
Having the taste is the only thing to give that satisfaction
It is amazing the way some may form some type of alliance
Pretending that with all around there is that easy compliance
All the while there is that waiting and abide that time
Because there is one and only one agenda on that mind
Some may pretend to be so weak and so easily dominated
And to all those who seem will think that they are easily intimidated
But when the time is right there will be that sort of transformation
As now by that element of surprise have control of the situation
Today we can see leader who want to set up a dynasty in a country
Believing that theirs will be in control perhaps for all eternity
And by their doings in the populace cultivate so much fear
By their deeds any thought of overthrowing no one will ever dare
This type of action will certainly pose problems and this is a certainty
That there will be very uncomfortable times for those considered to be an enemy
Therefore that person would certainly live a life with a great deal of trepidation
Because on the flimsiest of pretexts can be embraced in the arms of extinction
One can see that those so obsess with power seem not to care
About whether the country will be able to grow in those future years
Because in that hunger for power they have acted in fear and so quickly
Cut of a person who as a future leader can ensure the country's continuity
Perhaps those guys seem to forget that they too are the fallible human
And like all of us that process of aging will always come around
Even though they may get even more bitter when that moment come
Their life's sun will too someday set and go behind that horizon
