'' It's Truly An Emotion I Hate ''
The very sound of it fires up the emotions,
It can fill your head with such silly notions,
To cure it there are no magic potions,
It's the subject of great debate.
It can be used for the living or the dead,
A packet of biscuits or a loaf of bread,
The pillows you use every night on your bed,
We all suffer from this terrible trait.
When it bites into you it never ends,
It can even be used against family and friends,
Think of the terrible message it sends,
To inform them you just cannot wait.
It can and does cause terrible confusion,
Soon you'll find yourself in seclusion,
So you must be under no illusion,
It can leave you in a terrible state.
It affects both the poor and those with wealth,
Sometimes it will creep up on you by stealth,
It will have a detrimental effect on your health,
Major problems it will create.
With your mind it will form an adhesion
Soon you'll find yourself in the silly season,
To take revenge you won't need a reason,
You'll be carrying a terrible weight.
In reality it's really just a form of abuse,
To use it you'll find you don't need an excuse,
In a decent society it has no good use,
Your mind it will desecrate.
Its power is so awesome it can lead some to kill,
You'll have a desire to watch their blood spill,
You can control it if you have the will,
But you need to step up to the plate.
It's an evil concept but you must understand,
By allowing it to rule things will get out of hand,
Against this monster you must make a stand,
