 ~REFLECTING MOMENTS~

SIMPLE ME


You knew me when...
curls of ocean bleached hair
saturated bronze beach body's
and cobalt blue eyes

We blew caution...
to young returning wind
and surfed for carefree miles
upon California swells

Remembering the bonfires...
glistening skin and cold beer
wrapped in blankets and kisses
rolling and laughing beneath stars

I shall never forget...
my first attraction
where I fell across love
at first sight of you

Then the rejection...
it shall never mend
but it does and did
we became friends for life

Just some memories...
and fond times of innocence
well not all but honest fun
remember when?
