You are a good servant of Christ,
And you are no longer enticed;
By the worldly things around you,
That prior you used to construe.
Then you are nourished by the Word,
Through all the Scriptures you have heard;
With Christian faith having been taught,
You follow closely what you sought.
Do not listen to fairy tales,
Or watching movies that entails;
The sex and violence they show,
To boost ratings that are so low.
So train to live a godly life,
And smile in the midst of strife;
Training the body helps a bit,
But please be spiritually fit.
Godly living helps you each day,
Assisting in every way;
It gives promise of your life now,
And for the future the knowhow.
I know we work hard and struggle,
As we toil with much trouble;
But trusting in the living God,
Brings joy as you honor and laud.
Insist on these things when you teach,
And on the pulpit when you preach;
Let not anyone to look down,
Show them you wear a golden crown.
Make your speech on faith and pure love,
As you were taught from up above;
With behavior for believers,
To be salvation receivers.
