We can all procrastinate it`s easy to do
We push things back `til they`re much overdue,
It`s nothing more than a time wasting scheme
Tho` at the time this is not how it may seem.
It lingers on looming in the background
A silent torment not making a sound,
We spend more time thinking about it
To get it done would be to our benefit.
Further and further back it gets pushed
It will get done but we`ll not be rushed,
It then becomes a big thief of time
Now time is precious so that`s a crime.
So let`s try not to procrastinate any more
Even if it`s something that we abhor,
Let`s get it over and done with fast
Then we can put it to bed at last.
