PILGRIMS - ON THE - NARROW - PATH  -

It must be wonderful to know that one's life has meaning - purpose -
Value - that it burns brightly - like a welcome lamp - into a dark recess
Of a troubled soul - and helps to guide the weary traveller in its welcome
Light - and steers  frail crafts far from the rocks of peril's way - and
Darkest hell-bent night - into a haven  - far from the roaring lion's
Den - and danger's plight - into the outstretched arms of God - and 
Safely home .

So then - we must not falter as we journey on towards that wondrous 
Place - though trials come - that try to steal our hearts away - and make 
Our light grow dim - and turn our joy to dullest grey - we must press on - 
However slow the pace may seem to be - there is an end to all the 
Shadows of uncertainty - if we would just be strong - and not give 
Up - and press on through - we'll soon be 
Safely home .

There may be times - we may feel so alone - when all familiar faces somehow
Seem to be a memory - all gone - yet never fear - within the unseen realm of 
Heaven - hid beyond the  veil - the multitudes of loved ones - gone before - are
Spurring  us to carry on - until we cross the river of our last travail - and then -
That  final shore at last  becomes reality - and  all regrets are past - and
Gone ...

So - Pilgrims on the narrow path - keep pressing on - and don't give up - 
As - very soon - we'll all be safely
Home .

Sometimes the Christian walk seems to be a steep, uphill path ,
but be encouraged , the end of the road is well worth the 
journey .
