Searched we do for shelter to
Breathe again, of breath we drew
Not just of air that surrounds us
But His divine, in His to trust
For without GOD who made this day
You'd fail to live your every days
His plan not yours was drawn with blood
Shed for mankind who would begrudge
A moment theirs to spend with Him
But time to live worldly in sin
What's wrong with man who digs this grave?
You, yes you living enslaved
Peace you sought but did not find
Involved with things, wasting lifetime
Time that you can change and gain
Foothold to break shackles and chains
Invisible but they are there
Look close and see what selfish bares
Nothing of good, as good as He
This carpenter who set man free
That gave His life for you to breathe
The peace one seeks, if you believed
Make no mistake time has an end
Though some think not, game of pretend
Has end as does your life on Earth
As soul you thought was of no worth
