NOT MINE
Who does your heart ache for?
When you are very still in bed
And you are about to drift off to sleep
Who's face drifts through your mind?
Not mine.
When you made up you mind to go to another?
Who's smile and soft words did you think of?
When you think about her, does you heart skip a beat?
When you think about being with someone forever who's body do you crave?
Not Mine.
When you choose to stay with me,
And you told me she was only a friend
Why did you make love to her
You told me that you loved me, but who's heart is going to win?
Not mine.
When I wake up at night
And your not willing to talk to me
And you tell me I am the only one for you
Does your senses tell you you are doing the right thing?
Not mine.
