It Rains Again By EDWIN FLORES, www.PoetryPoem.com/poetry2231 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
My window proof it has begun
To fall again as hides the Sun
A gloom now casts its presence here
Alone, culprit draws to me near
These drops that fall bring tears to eyes
To join with those that fall outside
Concert for one with melody
That plays the song of memories
Oh how I miss the Sun this day
The skies of Blue just yesterday
Of love but once in one's lifetime
Too brief such dreams, heartfelt this crime
It rains again, down pour now comes
To wash away what's left to run
It took with it when last it rained
My sentiment in life sustained
It rains again and so it goes
As raindrops fall and I suppose
It rains where she stands near this day
By window panes of yesterday
