I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Experiencing Temporal Lobe Seizures
Every person; on the face of the earth, have different situations that hinder them at some point.
Mom's was having temporal lobe seizures.
The disheartening plight of Mom was the losing who she was as a lady and would do things she'd not do if she were well.
One time, one Christmas Day, Mom had twenty-four seizures in that one day.
I will never forget the time she had burned herself at the range.
Third degree burns she suffered because of having a seizure.
Made me feel forlorn and also guilty for having done the wrong thing to stop her from hurting herself more.
I blamed myself for a long time and do today.
Temporal lobe seizures are nothing to play around.
They are harmful and could cause one to die.
I know for my mom suffered them.
