Apple Pies In the Windows

Years ago there was an old farmhouse with the windows boarded up and the place was deserted.
However, some years had passed and a new couple came to live there.
One of the things that was so wonderful was the baking of the apple pies.
Apple pies in the windows  were cooling as the scent permeated the outside.
It seemed you could almost smell them as you were within a mile of the place.
Joy enveloped the couple where they had a new life in the old farmhouse.
It wasn't used as a  tourist attraction but as a home of love and joy that dwelled there.
The two were not the conventional pair for the farmhouse but was a couple nonetheless.
It was a great sight to see and something to be cherished as they loved and shared their love.
Apple pies in the windows became a common occurrence for this was the most special pie the homemaker would prepare.
Joy was so emanate in having this place as their own.
It was like a Christmas gift in  July.
For it was a place were love ruled the home.
It was a place where God was exalted and loved which made it a non-conventional home.
So, when you smell an apple pie cooling in the window think of this place where love abounds
